Spiritual Life Coaching

Spiritual life coaching is support for integrating what matters to you. A steady partnership for the parts of life that aren't only practical — meaning, purpose, values, and the next honest step.

Private sessions run 60–90 minutes, in person or virtual.

What it is

Spiritual life coaching is a thinking partnership for the parts of your life that aren't only practical: what you believe, what gives your life meaning, and what you want to build. It isn't therapy for the past and it isn't advice from someone with the answers. We look honestly at where you are, at what you believe is possible, and at the small next step that fits the person you're becoming. Because decisions don't live only in the mind, we bring the breath and the body in — you'll notice what's true because your body says so.

What it entails

Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, in person or virtual, and most people meet every two weeks. Each one starts with where you actually are — not where you think you should be — and ends with something concrete: a practice, a conversation to have, a boundary to hold, or a small experiment for the days in between. Between sessions you can write to me when something comes up. It's a committed relationship rather than a one-off conversation, because clarity without follow-through fades.

The process

  1. 1

Begin with a free conversation — what you're in, what you're hoping to change, and whether we're a good fit.

  2. 2

Map the ground — what you want, what you believe, what you've already tried, and where your body says no.

  3. 3

Name the real question — usually not the one you arrived with.

  4. 4

Choose the next step — something small enough to actually do this week.

  5. 5

Check what happened — without judgement, and adjust.

  6. 6

Keep going — a rhythm of sessions and practices until it's woven into your life.

What to expect

Expect honest questions more than comfort, and to be met exactly where you are. Some sessions feel like a long exhale; some leave an unease that lasts a day, which is usually a sign something true was touched. You'll leave with something to do, not just something to think about. I don't predict outcomes or promise a particular result — the work is a partnership, and you bring the answers.

Best for

Best for: people in a transition or facing a decision, and anyone living the gap between knowing what matters and starting to live it.
